Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped approximately 3-6 business days after payment is received and cleared, not including weekend and Government holidays. Our shipping prices are based on USPS first and priority mail prices which include tracking. Domestic orders should arrive within two weeks or later due to COVID-19.

Canadian Customers are responsible for any duties/customs charges. Package(s) can take 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive.​

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, if the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 2 days of receiving If your order at customerservice@Kayonne.beauty 

Lost/Stolen Package Policy 

If your package was lost or stolen, please contact USPS, ASAP to file a claim, providing them with your tracking number. Once the claim has been filed, please email us your order number and USPS claim number, and we will send out a replacement.
